"The Real McCoy"
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Brandy
10 drops 18.21 Chamomile Bitters
Expressed orange peel
Stir well over ice and serve over large ice cube with an orange peel to garnish
2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
1/2 oz 18.21 Ginger Beer
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime
8-10 drops 18.21 Chamomile Bitters
Shake well over ice and serve on the rocks with a splash of said water
