November Cocktail of the Month
We are seriously enjoying our Pumpkin Spice Shrub and these chilly evenings call for something spicy and smokey. We combined our love of Mezcal with our love of the Pumpkin Spice Shrub and bring you the "Old Spice ", our November cocktail of the month.
For this one, you will need a smokey Mezcal, we used Fidencio, our 18.21 Bitters Pumpkin Spice Shrub (pick up a bottle here), an egg, Lemon Juice, Domaine de Canton, 18.21 Bitters Prohibition Aromatic Bitters (pick up a bottle here) and our 18.21 Bitters Ginger Lemon Tincture (pick up a bottle here).
The cocktail takes quite a bit of shaking but it is worth it. It is a pretty drink that your guests will love!
Add to a shaker and dry shake 1.5oz Mexcal, 1oz 18.21 Bitters Pumpkin Spice Shrub, .75oz Domaine de Canton, .75oz Lemon Juice, 1 egg white and 6 drops 18.21 Bitters Ginger Lemon Tincture. Dry shake it well and then add ice and shake. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube, rim glass with 18.21 Bitters Prohibition Aromatic Bitters and garnish with freshly ground allspice.
