September Cocktail of the Month
Our September cocktail of the month is the "Fall Gala." We are saying goodbye to a lovely summer and hello to cooler weather and changing leaves and getting ready to pull those chunky sweaters out of storage and what better way to welcome our favorite season than with an adult apple cider?!? The Fall Gala features our new 18.21 Bitters Apple Cardamom Shrub made with Gala apples! Try this recipe on a night when the chill is just hitting the air...it is sure to please!
Add 1.5 oz Laird's Applejack Brandy, 1oz 18.21 Bitters Apple Cardamom Shrub, .5oz Lillet Blanc, .5oz 18.21 Ginger Beer Syrup and .5oz Fresh Lemon Juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coup glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar and garnish with a thinly sliced lemon wheel! Enjoy!
Our Blackberry Peppercorn shrub is rich with balsamic vinegar and pairs wonderfully with dark, spiced rum, whiskey and Amaros. Paired with our Earl Grey Bitters, it makes a beautifully rich and aromatic cocktail. Scroll down for recipes.
