May Cocktail of the Month
It has been a busy spring time here at 18.21 Bitters but we are finally getting around to posting a delicious craft cocktail of the month for May!
The flowers are in full bloom and the air is getting warmer (although we are in Minneapolis right now and it is still on the cooler side) so we chose something a little lighter but with still some bite to ward off any chilly spring nights our northern counterparts may still be experiencing!
The cocktail is called the "Kingsman Gentleman" and is crafted with a nice dry Brokers gin (1oz), a delicious spiced pearl liqueur by St. George spirits (if you haven't tried it, please do! St. George makes excellent spirits!) (3/4oz), our 18.21 Bitters Rosemary Sage Syrup (3/4oz), Domaine de Canton (1/2oz), 1/2oz of fresh lemon juice and one egg white plus 8-9 drops of our 18.21 Bitters prohibition aromatic bitters. Shake it all up dry at 1st and then add some ice and shake shake shake it up! Strain this into a coup glass and garnish with a sprig of spanked rosemary and crushed cloves.
