Looking for a new twist on a classic? Try a Solbeso/18.21 Bitters Old Fashioned as featured here in Vanity Fair.
Just add 2oz of Solbeso, 1 teaspoon of demerara sugar, and 4 dashes of 18.21 Bitters Black Currant and Cacao Tincture to a mixing glass and stir. Serve in a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with a luxardo cherry and an expressed orange peel.
