Good Ol' New Orleans
New Orleans is one of our very favorite places. The people are kind, weather is warm, food is delicious and cocktails are craft. This past week, we were able to attend the unveiling dinner for Grand Isle restaurant's new executive chef. We can't say enough good things about what he is doing with their menu and if we had to pick one favorite, it would have to be the smoked fish chowder. We paired out delicious seafood dinner with a few tasty cocktails on their wonderful bar menu including a Bourbon Iced Tea made with 18.21 Bitters Georgia Peach and Salted Pecan Syrup.
