1 oz Elyx Vodka
1/2 oz 18.21 White Jasmine+Grapefruit Shrub
1/2 oz Lillet blanc
1/2 oz St. Germain
Shake all ingredients,except rosé, with ice. Strain into champagne coupe glass and top off with rosé. Garnish with an edible flower or grapefruit peel
2 oz Cask&Crew Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz 18.21 Apple Cardamom Shrub
1/2 oz fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
Top off with 18.21 Carbonated Ginger Beer
Shake all ingredients with ice,except ginger beer. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of green apple
"Buzzing Just like Neon"
2 oz Watershed Four Peel Gin
1/2 OZ 18.21 Rosemary Sage Syrup
1/2 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
1/4 oz lime juice, 1/4 oz grapefruit juice
Shake all ingredients well, over ice. Strain into rocks glass over large cube and garnish with rosemary sprig, lime slice and grapefruit wedge.
