Crafting a Better Cocktail

Extra Extra Read All About It! PROHIBITION IS OVER! 18.21 Bitters was created to craft a better cocktail. We may no longer need to disguise our smuggled libations but it sure is fun to pretend!                    "APPLE GINGER FIZZ "      

2 oz Virgil Kaine Ginger infused Bourbon

1/2 oz 18.21 Apple Cardamom Shrub

1/2 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

Egg White

Grated Nutmeg   

Shake all ingredients well with 2 small ice cubes. Shake until you can't hear the cubes anymore and strain into small tumbler or rocks glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg

                                   

 

                  "Lemon Basil Margarita"

2 oz Herradura Tequila

3/4 oz 18.21 Lemon Basil Syrup

1/2 oz fresh squeezed Lemon and Lime Juice

Muddled Basil

Muddle Basil and syrup together til aromatic. Add all other ingredients  with ice and shake well. Double strain iNto rocks glass over large cube or crushed ice and garnish with basil leaf.

                         "Tropical Gin+Tonic"  

2 oz O4W Gin

1/2 OZ 18.21 Hibiscus Syrup

1/2 oz Art in the Age Rhubarb liqueur

1/2 18.21 Old Fashioned Tonic

Shake all ingredients well over ice and strain into rocks or collins glass over ice. Top of with soda water and an orange peel  

 

 

                           "Desert Breeze" 

1 oz Ilegal Mezcal

1 oz Casamigos Tequila 

1/2 oz Chareau Aloe liqueur

1/2 oz 18.21 Jalapeño, lime+Cilantro Syrup

1/2 oz Lime juice

Shake well and strain into rocks glass with Cilantro to garnish                                         

                                          

"Secret Garden" 

2 oz Absolut Elyx Vodka

Barspoon of  Brovo Rose+Gernaium liqueur

1/2 oz St. Germain

1/2 oz 18.21 Lavender+Sea Salt Syrup

1/2 oz lemon juice

Shake all ingredients well over ice and double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with edible flower and top off with champagne.
