Our Watermelon Mint shrub is made with a white vinegar base and is refreshing and crisp. Slightly sweet watermelon on the front with a clean mint flavor on the back end.It pairs well with both light and dark spirits .Try it in a julep or mojito or for something fun, add it to a smoky scotch with a splash of soda water and fresh mint!

"Watermelon Mojito"

2 oz light rum

3/4 oz 18.21 Watermelon Mint Shrub

Barspoon of 18.21 Hibiscus Syrup

1/2 oz lime juice

Shake well over ice and strain into rocks glass over crushed mint. Garnish with fresh mint

 

"Island of Islay"

2 oz LaPhroaig Scotch.

.75 oz 18.21 Watermelon Mint Shrub

Build in Collins glass over crushed ice.

Top with Soda water

Garnish with Mint leaves

“Water, Water on the Sea”

1.5 oz Tequila

.5 oz Mezcal

.5 oz Chareau Aloe liqueur

.5 oz Watermelon Mint Shrub

.5 oz lime juice

Shake well oversee and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with mint or a lime slice

"Summer in the City”

2 oz Vodka

.5 oz Watermelon Mint Shrub

.5 oz lime juice

.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse

Shake well over ice and strain into a coupe glass

Garnish with a mint leaf or a lime wheel
