This limited edition bitters is a collaboration between 18.21 Bitters and Edmonds Honor Bourbon. These bitters pay tribute to Edmond Albius and his unique story of hand pollinating vanilla at the age of 12. These bitters are vanilla forward with notes of bergamot and sarsaparilla for a rich and layered flavor profile that pairs beautifully in Old Fashioneds, Black Manhattans and even Agave spirits.
