2 oz Botanical Gin
3/4 oz Italicus
1/2 oz 18.21 Lemon Basil Syrup
1/2 oz Lime juice
8-10 drops Earl Grey Bitters
Muddle herbs and syrup gently. Add all other ingredients with 2 small ice cubes and shake until you can no longer hear the ice. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with mint
"Barrel Aged Rosemary Old Fashioned"
2 oz Bourbon
1/4 oz 18.21 Rosemary Sage Syrup
8-10 drops 18.21 Barrel Aged Havana+Hide bitters
Stir all ingredients over ice. Strain into rocks glass. Garnish with expressed orange peel and rosemary sprig.
