2 oz Spiced Rum

.5 oz 18.21 Holiday Syrup

.5 oz 18.21 Blood orange+Ginger Shrub

Shake well with ice, strain into rocks glass over ice

Top with Ginger Beer or Champagne

Garnish with your favorite herb, citrus and berry

                           "Holiday Negroni"

1 oz Gin 

1 oz Negroni

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

.25 oz 18.21 Holiday Syrup 

Stir all ingredients over ice for 30 seconds. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube. Garnish with rosemary Sprig and orange slice

“Holiday Mimosas”

.5 oz 18.21 Holiday Syrup

.5 oz Orange Juice

Top with Champagne

Stir gently to mix and garnish with rosemary

2 OZ Gin

.75 oz 18.21 Holiday Syrup

.75 oz Fresh squeezed Orange

Eggwhite

Shake well without ice. Add ice and shake another 30-45 seconds. Strain into rocks glass over large cube and garnish with sugared cranberries+rosemary
