Grapefruit Lavender Bitters

Our Grapefruit Lavender Bitters are citrus up front and floral on the back end. We use fresh ruby red grapefruit peel for brightness and lavender from France for the best quality. They pair beautifully with Gin, Vodka and Champagne and are great with Tequila.  Scroll down for recipes.

"Secret Garden"

2 oz Botanical Gin

1/2 oz 18.21 Lemon Basil Syrup

1/2 oz Grapefruit juice

8 drops 18.21 Grapefruit Lavender Bitters

1 dash Rosewater

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into coupe glass with a sprinkle of sea salt to garnish

 

“Weekend in the Hamptons”

1 oz Vodka

.25 oz St. Germain

.25 oz Lavender Sea Salt syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

8-10 drops Grapefruit Lavender Bitters

Shake well over ice and strain into coupe glass

Top with Champagne

 

 “Blood Orange+Lavender Paloma”

2 oz Tequila

.75 oz Grapefruit Juice

.75 Blood orange+ginger shrub

8-10 drops Grapefruit lavender bitters

Shake well over ice and strain into collins glass over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lavender sprig and blood orange wheel
