Our Prohibition Aromatic Bitters are classic aromatic bitters with a twist.  These bitters are complex in flavor, full of warm baking spices, like clove, allspice and nutmeg and back notes of vanilla and black currants to help round them out. "Apple Old Fashioned"

2 oz Bourbon

1 heaping bar spoon apple Cardamom Shrub

8-10 drops 18.21 Prohibition aromatic Bitters

Stir all ingredients over ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over large cube and garnish with a dash of ground allspice

 

"Fall Gimlet"

2 oz Gin

.5 oz St. George Pear liqueur

.5 oz lemon juice

8- 10 drops 18.21 Prohibition Bitters

Shake well oversee and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel

“Tiki Punch”

2 oz Aged Rum

.75 oz Velvert Falernum

.75 oz Hibiscus syrup

.75 oz lime juice

8-10 drops Prohibition Aromatic Bitters

Shake well over ice and strain into a collins glass with ice or a tiki mug. Garnish with ground clove and a lime wheel
