Small Batch Tonic Syrup

Our Tonic is handcrafted in small batches with all natural ingredients.  We use real peruvian cinchona bark (quinine),which gives it its bright amber color, cane sugar, spices and citrus.

Our tonic is made as a concentrate, so that it stays fresher, longer.  Splash with soda water for a bright and refreshing tonic or it can also be used as a tart syrup in whiskey sours!

Recommended serving size is 1/2 oz. Bottle makes 32 cocktails

Bitters+Tinctures: Baltimore, Earl Grey, Ginger Lemon, Hibiscus, Havana+Hide, Prohibition Aromatic, Tart Cherry+Saffron

Liqueurs: Pama, Cynar, Solerno, Campari, Byrrh

"Campari and Tonic"

1 oz Camapri

.5 oz 18.21 Old Fashioned Tonic

Top off with soda water and an expressed orange peel

Serve on the rocks

 

"Hibiscus Gin+Tonic"

2 oz Gin

1/2 oz 18.21 Old Fashioned Tonic

1/2 oz 18.21 Hibiscus Syrup

Shake well over ice and strain into collins glass. Top off with soda water and an orange slice

 

"Whiskey Sour"

2 oz Rye Whiskey

1/2 oz 18.21 Old Fashioned Tonic

1/2 oz lemon juice

8 drops Earl Grey Bitters

Egg White

Shake all ingredients with 2 ice cubes until you can't hear the ice anymore. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel and bitters
