“Horses Neck”

Add 2 oz Bourbon and 8-10 drops 18.21 Prohibition Aromatic Bitters to a collins glass with ice. Top with 18.21 Original Ginger Beer and stir gently. Garnish with a long lemon spiral

“Hibiscus Mule”

Add 2 oz Tequila, Vodka, Bourbon or Rum, .5 oz 18.21 Hibiscus Syrup and a squeeze of lime to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a rock glass over ice. Top with 18.21 Original Ginger Beer and garnish with candied ginger

“EL DIABLO”

Add 1.5 oz Tequila, .5 oz 18.21 Blackberry Peppercorn Shrub and .5 oz lime juice to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a collins glass with ice and top with 18.21 Original Ginger Beer. Garnish with lime wheel of 3 blackberries on a cocktail pick

Add 1 oz Tequila, .5 oz mezcal, .75 oz 18.21 Blood orange+ginger shrub and .75 oz grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice. shake well and strain into a collins glass over ice. Top with 18.21 Original Ginger Beer and garnish with a salted grapefruit wedge
