“Spanish G+T”

Add 2 oz Spanish or Mediterranean Gin to a balloon wine glass. Add a squeeze of your favorite citrus, an herb like rosemary or thyme and a tbsp of whole spice, like clove or black peppercorn. Rim the glass with 6-8 drops of 18.21 Tart cherry+saffron bitters and top with 18.21 Original Tonic

“Baja Sunset”

Add 1 oz Tequila and 1 oz Campari to a collins glass over ice. Top with 18.21 Original Tonic and garnish with a lemon or grapefruit slice
