“Japanese Highball”

Add 1.5 oz Japanese Whiskey, 1 oz Yuzu sake, 6-8 drops 18.21 Smoked Chili+Lime Bitters and .5 oz lime juice to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into collins glass with ice and top with 18.21 Yuzu Herb tonic. Garnish with a lime wheel

“Japanese G+T”

Add 2 oz ROKU Gin, 1 bar spoon of lemongrass paste and .5 oz lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over large cube and top with 18.21 Yuzu Herb tonic. Garnish with salted Sakura flowers
