Our Rosemary Sage syrup is aromatic and wonderfully herbaceous. It pairs nicely in Bourbon for a Rosemary Old Fashioned and also with botanical gin for a twist on a French 75. This syrup is also fun to cook with.

Recommended pairings:

Bitters+Tinctures: Baltimore, Chamomile, Grapefruit Lavender, Barrel Aged Havana+Hide, Tart cherry+saffron and Prohibition Aromatic. 

Liqueurs: Suze Gentian Liqueur, St. George Spiced Pear, Calvados, Chareau Aloe liqueur, Italicus, Chartreuse

"Rosemary Old Fashioned"

2 oz Bourbon

1 Heaping bar spoon 18.21 Rosemary Sage Syrup

8-10 drops 18.21 Prohibition Aromatic Bitters

Stir all ingredients over ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube and garnish with an expressed lemon peel and a rosemary sprig

 

"Rosemary Mule"

2 oz Vodka

1/2 oz 18.21 Rosemary Sage Syrup

1/2 oz lime juice

18.21 Ginger Beer

Shake well over ice and serve on the rocks with a rosemary sprig to garnish. Top off with ginger beer

“Rosemary Aloe Gimlet”

2 oz Hendricks Gin

.5 oz Rosemary Sage Syrup

.5 oz Chareau Aloe liqueur

.5 oz Grapefruit juice

Shake well over ice and strain into a coupe glass with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit peel to garnish
