"Smoked Paloma"

1 oz Blanco Tequila

.75 oz Mezcal

.75 oz 18.21 Blood Orange+Ginger Shrub

.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice

8 drops of 18.21 Japanese chili+Lime bitters

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into collins glass over crushed ice. Top off with soda water and a grapefruit slice

 

"Clockwork Orange"

2 oz Rye Whiskey

.5 oz Campari

.5 oz 18.21 Blood Orange+Ginger Shrub

8 drops 18.21 Hibiscus Bitters

Shake all ingredients well, over ice and strain into a rocks glass with a blood orange slice

 

"Blood Orange Mimosa"

1/2 oz 18.21 Blood Orange+Ginger Shrub

Top off with Prosecco or Champagne

2 oz Gin

Shake over ice, strain into a rocks glass, Top with 18.21 Tonic
